Nutshell, formally a DiscoTech/TD Ameritrade property, was a digital, parental leave planning tool.
Parental leave is so complex, expecting parents end up leaving time and money on the table. We met with real working parents to help them maximize their leave benefits.
Soon-to-be parents were able to create a customized leave plan, optimize their benefits, and receive actionable guidance for navigating Human Resources, Employer Benefits, and state regulations.
