Keller Williams wanted to open doors into the app game, in the form of brokering home insurance, on a low-key, R&D project. This was new territory for everyone. The main challenge was juggling pivots, unknown variables, industry regulations, and zero data.

Keller Williams was able to present this MVP at their largest, company wide, annual event. The response from agents was so overwhelmingly positive that they continued to develop Keller Covered into the product that it is today.
